Roles and Responsibilities:
-Would be responsible for handling a team of 150+ team members including Team Leaders, Assistant
Managers and Managers.
-Responsible for motivating, managing and developing the operations team to process the transactions
effectively and accurately
-Ensuring maximum consumer satisfaction and service while minimizing the error rate.
-Responsible for the ownership of end-to-end outbound/sales business operations.
-Managing team/client queries and issues on a regular basis and ensuring resolution of escalation in quick and
efficient manner
-Responsible for all the manpower calculations of the entire process.
-Meet monthly KPIs and meeting targets on a monthly basis.
-Managing data and records to be shared to the clients or external stakeholders
Desired Profile:
-1-3 years of experience as Sr. Manager is a must.
-Only BPO/Outbound sales experience will be preferred.
-Must be able to inspire team members to meet KPIs within the SLA
-Should possess excellent communication skills.
-Should be comfortable with the regional languages
-Must have excellent command over MS- Excel.
-Must be able to control attrition & take preventive steps.
-Organizing training workshops to improve the performance of the members.
